Hints and tips for spigot bearing (in rear of crankshaft)

Esprit models with the Citroen gearbox have common problem that the spiggot bush gets pushed to far up the end of the crankshaft. It is very important that the spiggot bush stays in the correct position, flush with the end of the crankshaft. We have a spacer SJ907E0070, which is fitted in the crankshaft, before the spiggot bearing. This prevents the bearing moving into the crankshaft.
