This is the steel strip on the back of the door trim/seal assembly.

Hints and Tips: Each door top seal/trim assembly consists of an outer steel trim, inner steel backing strip and a rubber seal, riveted together. To assemble one complete trim you need, 1 x SJ082U0024 1 x E079U4434F 1 x B082U7075F and standard pop rivets.
